1. Who we are
Kitchen And All Ltd ("we", "us") supplies and installs commercial kitchen equipment and stainless steel fabrication in Kenya. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through kitchenandall.co.ke, our WhatsApp number (+254 741 045 143), and our email (info@kitchenandall.co.ke), in line with Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019.
2. What we collect
- Contact and order details you give us: name, phone number, email, delivery address, and order notes — submitted through our Get a Quote form, checkout page, or directly over WhatsApp/email/phone.
- Browsing and analytics data: pages visited, general location (country/region), device and browser type, collected automatically via Google Tag Manager and related analytics/advertising tags (see Cookies below).
3. How we use it
- To respond to quote requests and process orders sent to us via WhatsApp.
- To arrange delivery, installation, repairs, or maintenance you've requested.
- To contact you about your order or an existing repair/maintenance case.
- To understand site usage and measure the performance of our advertising (e.g. Google Ads), in aggregate/anonymised form where possible.
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Cookies and tracking
Our site uses Google Tag Manager, which may load analytics and advertising tags (such as Google Ads and Meta Pixel) that use cookies or similar technology to measure site activity and ad performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
5. Who we share data with
- Service providers who help us run the site and business — our hosting/database provider (Supabase), analytics/advertising platforms (Google, Meta), and delivery/installation partners, only as needed to fulfil your order.
- We do not share your data with anyone else except where required by Kenyan law.
6. How long we keep it
We retain order and contact data for as long as needed to fulfil your order, honour our Returns/Repairs/Maintenance Policy, and meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
